Not wagging your tail over your purchase? No problem!

If you’re not totally in love with what you ordered from us online, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange, just be sure the following conditions are met:

• Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and preferably in the original packaging.
• Perishable items such as food or treats are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

If your item becomes damaged within a short period of normal use, please reach out to us within 30 days with a description and photos of the damage. We want to make sure you’re satisfied and will evaluate the issue to determine if it’s due to a defect or normal wear and tear.

If it’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund. However, damage caused by misuse or accidental harm may not be eligible.
