A day at our dog daycare is like a tail-wagging adventure for your furry friend! Here’s a glimpse of our daily routine, filled with fun and excitement:
Morning Excitement (7-8 AM): We kick off the day by picking up your pups, ensuring they’re all smiles and ready for the day ahead. Our center is conveniently located just 30 minutes from the heart of London, so your fur baby won’t have to wait long for the fun to begin.
Group Time (Arrival): As soon as we arrive at our center, we gather all our canine companions and sort them into groups based on their size and energy levels. The result? An explosion of energy as they race around, playfully chasing each other, and even have a romp in our lush grassy area. Plus, they can’t resist diving into our ball pit and bouncing on the trampoline. And if the weather’s on our side, there’s nothing like a refreshing “swim” in the pool!
Lunch and Rest (Noon): Around noon, things slow down a bit. Some dogs opt for a well-deserved nap in the shade or a cozy spot indoors. We also provide a delicious lunch for those who’ve worked up an appetite. It’s the perfect break to recharge for the exciting afternoon ahead.
Afternoon Enrichment (Afternoon): In the afternoon, we switch gears to engage their sharp minds. Enrichment games and activities provide mental stimulation and help enhance their behavior. It’s all about having fun while learning!
Homeward Bound (2:30 PM): By 2:30 PM, we start getting ready for the trip back home. From 3 to 4 PM, your beloved pup is safely and lovingly delivered to your door. We take pride in ensuring they’re clean and fresh, so you can share hugs and kisses with your four-legged friend right away.
The Trial
Embarking on a trial day at our daycare is a seamless process designed with the utmost care for both you and your furry friend. Here’s how it works:
Booking and Profile Creation: Begin by booking a daycare session for your dog through our user-friendly booking page. When creating a profile, kindly provide essential details about yourself and your beloved canine companion. This includes crucial information such as vaccine records and your veterinarian’s contact details.
Personal Consultation: After receiving your booking, we’ll create a WhatsApp group to provide you with some useful information and to learn more about your dog. We’re interested in understanding their behavior, unique needs, and specific character traits. Your insights help us provide the best possible experience for your pup.
Pick-up and Introduction: On the scheduled date, we’ll pick up your dog from your home, ensuring a stress-free and convenient start to their day. Upon arriving at our centre, we’ll gently introduce your pup to some of our other canine guests. We’ll closely monitor their reactions as they get acquainted through friendly sniffs and playful investigations. If your dog appears relaxed and confident, they’ll have the opportunity to gradually meet other members of the pack and join the group.
Observation and Communication: Throughout this initial day, our experienced team will attentively observe your dog’s behavior to ensure they feel safe, content, and harmonious within the pack. We’ll keep you in the loop with regular updates and share heartwarming photos of your furry family member enjoying their day.
Safe Return Home: At the end of the day, we’ll return your beloved companion to your doorstep. You can anticipate a tired, happy, and stress-free dog ready for a peaceful and restful evening at home.
